Terms and Conditions
The Promoter
The promoter is Hibbards Pty Ltd trading as Hibbard Homes (ABN 22 057 895 020) with its registered office located at 130 West High Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 (the “Promoter”)
Promotional Period
The promotion commences on Friday, 08 May 2026, and concludes at 4:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, unless sold prior (the “Promotional Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion earlier if all eligible packages are sold.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, the purchaser (“Eligible Buyer”) must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
Qualifying Purchase
To qualify for the cashback offer, an Eligible Buyer must satisfy all the following conditions:
- a) Enter into a new, single-contract purchase for one of the selected House and Land packages specified in Schedule 1: Eligible Properties of these terms.
- b) Pay the required initial deposit in full.
- c) Unconditionally exchange contracts on the selected property within the Promotional Period (prior to 4:00 PM AEST on 30 June 2026).
- d) Purchase the eligible property at the full advertised listing price.
- The Cashback Offer
- a) The cashback amount varies depending on the specific property purchased, offering either $10,000 or $20,000. The exact cashback amount corresponding to each eligible property is detailed in Schedule 1: Eligible Properties.
- b) The cashback is not transferable or exchangeable.
- c) The cashback will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the Eligible Buyer’s nominated Australian bank account.
- d) Payment will be processed within ten (10) business days following the successful, final settlement of the eligible property.
- Exclusions and Limitations
- a) No Negotiated Prices: This offer is strictly valid on full listing price offers only. It cannot be claimed if the purchase price has been negotiated or reduced.
- b) Not Combinable: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other current promotions, incentives, or discounts offered by Hibbard Homes.
- c) Forfeiture: If the Eligible Buyer rescinds the contract, terminates the agreement, or fails to reach settlement for any reason, the cashback offer is immediately forfeited in its entirety.
- General Conditions
- a) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the offer, or for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the cashback. Buyers should seek independent financial advice regarding their own tax situation.
- b) The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable laws.
