Option 2: The Stamp Duty Rebate

Keep your upfront costs down. We will provide a stamp duty rebate of up to $10,000, paid directly to you upon the successful completion of your concrete slab. It’s a massive cash injection right at the beginning of your build, giving you ultimate financial flexibility.

The Promoter

The promoter is Hibbards Pty Ltd trading as Hibbard Homes (ABN 22 057 895 020) with its registered office located at 130 West High Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 (the “Promoter”)

Promotional Period

The promotion commences on Thursday, 1st of October 2026, and concludes at 4:00 PM AEST on Monday, 30 November, unless sold prior (the “Promotional Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion earlier if all eligible packages are sold.

Qualifying Purchase & Eligibility Criteria

1. Qualifying Purchase To qualify for the “Power to Choose” promotion, the purchaser must:

• Enter into a new residential building contract with Hibbard Homes during the active promotional period.

• Purchase or build a home exclusively from the Signature Series range.

• Select one of the following two pathways:

  • House & Land Package: Enter into a standard two-part contract (land contract + build contract).

  • Build On Your Own Block: Enter into a new build contract to construct a Signature Series home on a block of land already owned by the purchaser.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Location: The promotion is strictly available for builds located within the regions Hibbard Homes services in New South Wales (NSW).

• Site Suitability: Hibbard Homes reserves the right to decline entering into a building contract if the purchaser’s land is deemed unsuitable due to adverse site conditions (e.g., extreme slope, poor soil classification, restrictive zoning, or environmental hazards). If Hibbard Homes declines to build based on site assessment, the applicant is ineligible for the promotion.

• The Choice: The purchaser must select one of the two available offers ($10k Solar Upgrade OR a Stamp Duty Rebate) at the time of signing the initial contract. Offers cannot be split, combined, or exchanged.

• The Solar Upgrade: Applied as a $10,000 retail-value inclusion to the build contract. It cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or a contract discount.

• The Stamp Duty Rebate: Capped at a maximum value of $10,000.

  • For House & Land, it applies only to the land component of the contract.

  • If the actual stamp duty paid is less than $10,000, the rebate is strictly limited to the actual amount paid (the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash).

  • For Build Contracts, you will need to provide us with a fully executed contract of sale for the land to determine the stamp duty rebate payable.

  • The rebate is payable only upon the successful completion of the slab works stage.

• Exclusions: This offer is not valid for renovations, non-Signature Series homes, or prior purchases. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

Promotional offer valid for a limited time on selected Signature Series homes across NSW. The ‘$10,000 Solar Upgrade’ is applied as a retail value inclusion to the build contract and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The stamp duty rebate is capped at a maximum value of $10,000. (1) For House & Land packages, the rebate applies to the stamp duty payable on the land component of a standard two-part contract. (2) For customers building on their own land, the offer applies as a rebate paid up to $10,000 toward the stamp duty paid on their land purchase. If the applicable stamp duty is less than $10,000, the rebate is limited to the actual amount paid; the difference cannot be redeemed for cash. Buyers are responsible for any stamp duty exceeding the $10,000 cap, as well as all other associated purchasing, legal, and conveyancing fees. Paid as a rebate upon completion of slab works.
